About the Role
Kayar Care is hiring Telesales Executives for our Koramangala office. You will speak with patients and families across Kerala and Bengaluru, help them understand our consultations, lab tests and health packages, and book them in. If you enjoy talking to people and speak fluent English and Malayalam, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with patient enquiries (inbound and outbound)
- Explain Kayar Care consultations, diagnostics and health packages clearly
- Book appointments and lab tests, and share details on WhatsApp
- Keep call notes and lead status updated in our system
- Meet daily call and conversion targets
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English and Malayalam (both required)
- Comfortable working full-time from our Koramangala office
- Live in or near Koramangala, Bengaluru (easy daily commute)
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Basic smartphone and computer skills
